This Privacy Policy explains how J. Wray & Nephew Limited ("we", "us" or "our"), a Campari Group company, collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide when you enter the Campari Rumpari Holiday Bonus promotion (the "Promotion") via WhatsApp or through this website.

This notice supplements the Campari Group Privacy Notice available at camparigroup.com. Where this Promotion-specific notice and the group notice conflict, the group notice applies.

2. Information We Collect

Contact details: your full name, telephone number and email address.
Date of birth: to confirm you are 18 or older, and to verify your identity if you are selected as a winner.
Proof of purchase: the photograph of your receipt, including the outlet name, date, receipt number and the products purchased, or the alphanumeric code supplied at a pop-up activation.
Consents: your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy, and any optional marketing consent.
Entry metadata: whether you entered by WhatsApp or the website, and the date and time of each entry.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use the website, such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location and page interactions, through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

To verify your eligibility (age, residency and a valid qualifying purchase).
To administer the Promotion, including validating receipts automatically, conducting the draws and selecting winners.
To contact you by telephone if you are selected as a winner or backup winner, and to arrange prize claims.

Our Promotion agencies, Mystique Integrated Services Limited and Ignite Holdings Group of Companies Limited, which help administer entries, draws and winner communications.

Service providers used to run the Promotion, such as cloud hosting, automated receipt validation, WhatsApp messaging, analytics and data storage.
Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others.

Your information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to any third party for any other reason, including marketing and promotion purposes.

5. How Long We Keep It

Information collected for the Promotion is destroyed no later than six (6) months after the end of the Promotion and the completion of activities related to the administration of prizes. If you opted in to marketing, we keep your contact details for that purpose until you withdraw consent. Anonymised, aggregated data may be kept longer for statistical purposes.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or receive your data in a portable format. We may be unable to delete your data while the Promotion is running and your entry is active.

8. Children

The Promotion is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
